Publicist Jonathan Jaxson Issues Public Apology To Kim Kardashian

February 23, 2012 by Hollywoodite

In a ploy of contrived backpedaling, following a press tour that relied on alleged firsthand anecdotes about Kim Kardashian, her purported former-publicist, Jonathan Jaxson, has issued a public apology.

More specificially, he’s issued a second public apology. Because he already sang this song and admitted lying on Twitter back in November.

Under threat of being sued for dragging Kardashian’s name around the junket for his book, claiming that she pulled publicity stunts while dating Reggie Bush and that Kardashian’s marriage to Kris Humpries was a $20 million shill, Jaxson took to Twitter to ask for legal help then he got all dramatic and it’s alleged he faked live-tweeting a suicide attempt and a “friend’s” intervention.

He deleted then reinstated his Twitter, following the “suicide attempt,” then apologised for suggesting he attended Kardashian’s wedding or had interacted with her in years. Since he hadn’t.

At the time, he tweeted: “My opinions on Kim Kardashians wedding to Kris Humpries were just that. I have not communicated with Kim since 2009″.

Today, he’s saying sorry again. But louder, for those who missed it the first time: “I wanted to apologize publicly to Kim Kardashian for any confusion that I may have caused by the personal statements I made recently regarding Kim Kardashian,” he said. “I would like to further clarify that I did not have any first hand knowledge of Kim’s relationship with Kris. Any statement I made regarding Kim and her marriage was my opinion only and was not intended to imply first hand knowledge of Kim’s thoughts and feelings.”
