Justin Bieber Gropes Fan’s Boob: Who Is She & Did She Ask Him To Do It?

Yesterday, a photo went viral in which Justin Bieber could clearly be seen groping the breast of a young fan during a January 27 meet and greet in Miami, FL.

Since the girl has been writing missives on Twitter about the incident, it’s been pretty easy to work out what really happened.

The girl is a 17-year-old Florida native called Jocelyn who admittedly sneaked into the event and not for the first time either. She met the 18-year-old singer and asked for a hug and a photo and ended up going viral.

On the day of the photo, she wrote: “IM DYING HAHAHAHHAHA IT LOOKS LIKE JUSTIN’S TOUCHING MY BOOB IN THE PICTURE AHAHAHAHHA I CANT.”

Apparently bullied about this on Twitter, including alarming claims that she “must have asked for it,” Jocelyn denied asking Bieber to touch her.

She added in a series of messages: “I whispered that it was my 2nd time sneaking in & he kissed me on the cheek in the picture & it looks like his hand is there… I didn’t ask him [to touch me] lol… Let me clear this up for people who can’t read, NO I did NOT ask Justin to touch my boobs… he was like ‘aw swag! Let’s do this thing’ and we took a picture… I told him I snuck into his meet and greet I didn’t want security to hear me… that it was my second time sneaking in… people can think what they want but I know what really happened & Justin does too so everyone else’s opinions don’t matter to me… Some of you are being so rude, I did nothing wrong… Hahaha my friend just called me to tell me the radio station was talking about me & post my picture & told everyone too check it out x.”

Claims that she “asked him to” apparently came from this photo whispering in his ear. She, however, insists she’s only asking “Can I hug you?” to which he replied “Yeah! Of course.”
