Kate Middleton Gave Birth: It’s Confirmed She Delivered A Healthy Baby Boy!

Kate Middleton and Prince William are new parents to a baby boy, according to the Clarence House official Twitter feed.

The news only broke 10 minutes ago, but it’s confirmed that Middleton, who went to hospital nearly 17 hours ago, has finally delivered one week overdue.

She was supposed to have given birth weekend before last. When she didn’t, though, conspiracy theorists started to cry foul that they had been conned with a fake due date.

However, her real due date did come and go but she FINALLY delivered July 22.

Clarence House confirms in a series of tweets, “Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge was safely delivered of a son at 4.24pm.”

Adding, “The baby weighs 8lbs 6oz… The Duke of Cambridge was present for the birth… The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall, Prince Harry & families have been told and are delighted.”

As for how mother and son are doing now, “Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well and will remain in hospital overnight.”
