Kathy Wakile Dishes On RHONJ Drama, Dina Manzo Joining The Show

Kathy Wakile and the cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey have just wrapped the fifth season of their Bravo show, but the season 5 fun isn’t quite over. Tonight, the cast will reunite for the tell-all special which Kathy claims will answer some of the questions viewers may have after watching the latest episodes.
“There’s not enough room to fit in everything that happens,” Kathy Wakile explains to Wetpaint Entertainment of the season. “So when they run these episodes, it helps fill in the blanks. It completes the story.”
Although the episodes may explain some things to viewers, it may not be all fun and games. In fact, Kathy says this season may have the darkest tell-all yet.
“I’m assuming there will be more dark moments than usual because, frankly, it was a pretty dark season,” she reveals, adding that she and the gang are now in a much better place. “But now everything’s ok. I truly believe if you want things to get better, you have to dig deep. And we dug deep.”
As for the rumors of cast changes, Kathy seems to be all for it, telling Wetpaint that she is excited to switch things up — especially since she’s so exhausted with the Teresa/Melissa/Joe saga. “It’s tiresome and I’m over it,” Kathy says. “I’m over all the drama with our family.”
In addition to her looking forward to the new dynamic, Kathy is thrilled with the possibility of Dina Manzo joining the cast. “Oh, I’ve known Dina for a long time now,” Kathy explains. “I’ve been to most of her Ladybug events and she’s always been very pleasant to me.”
The Real Housewives of New Jersey Tell-All Special part 1 airs tonight at 9/8c on Bravo TV.
