Kathy Wakile’s Husband Denies She’s Been Downgraded On RHONJ
Kathy Wakile and the cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey are undergoing some serious cast changes. After Caroline announced that she would not be returning, rumors swirled that Jacqueline Laurita had been let go — and that Kathy had been downgraded from official wife to a friend of the housewives. However, according to her husband, that’s all a bunch of BS!
Last night, after a fan on Twitter told Richard that they had read on Perez Hilton that Kathy was only going to be a part-time housewife next season, Richard seemingly denied the rumor, telling the fan, “Don’t believe the BS!”

Then, this morning, Richard re-addressed the alleged lie, saying, “A lie may take care of the present but has no future!” Moments later, Jacquline’s husband replied to Richard’s message, saying, “Well said my friend.”
Earlier this month, Kathy spoke out about the upcoming sixth season of the show, expressing that she’s excited to move on with the new cast and get away from the ongoing Giudice/Gorga feud.
“It’s tiresome and I’m over it. I’m over all the drama with our family,” she said at the time, adding that the possible addition of Dina is something that she’s excited about. “Oh, I’ve known Dina for a long time now. I’ve been to most of her Ladybug events and she’s always been very pleasant to me.”
Filming on the sixth season of the show is due to begin in just a few weeks.
