Katy Perry Reacts To Pregnancy Rumours From AMAs 2011: “Hell No!”
Katy Perry has been looking a little more bloated in the stomach the last few weeks and it hasn’t gone unnoticed.
She looked bloated for a recent New York City performance, for the 2011 Europe Music Awards, and for the 2011 American Music Awards this weekend (she looked suddenly slimmer for the AMAs, but her red carpet dress was somewhat corseted in the stomach area).
Perry was given a special achievement award at the AMAs and the dress she changed into to accept was less-forgiving. The pink, bejewelled dress she wore onstage was ruched in the stomach, making her look larger. She was asked by Hollyscoop.com why she looked so big in the stomach, was she expecting? “Hell no!” Perry replied. Since, you know, food/ gas babies aren’t IRL babies and they disappear and reappear with so much as a big meal.
Speaking of which, Perry told The Insider, she just gained weight from being in New York City (Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Aniston said the same thing, after spending time in NYC, loving the food a little too much, then being faced with pregnancy rumours).
Perry continued, telling The Insider: “I like In-N-Out Burger and Taco Bell and if you want to make that pregnant that’s your problem. I still love drinking alcohol, so not yet.” She told fans at a recent NYC concert if she rubs her “bloated belly,” it’s because she’s eaten too much “delicious” food.
