Katy Perry Wears Smurfette Dress At The Smurfs NYC Movie Premiere
Katy Perry wore her umpteenth gaudy, bedazzled monstrosity on the red carpet.
Perry wore this custom Smurfette dress to the world premiere of the Smurfs movie in New York City. The movie looked to be a mess from early trailers. But the cleavage and the unrequested red carpet upskirt (yes, really) by Perry sort of made up for that. Perry voices Smurfette. Hence her going above and beyond in her tackiness. Someone took a chance that she could sell something without using her breasts. And for that opportunity, she would appear to be grateful.
Perry’s hair is looking a little worse for wear. She went red, more than blonde, a few weeks ago. It looked passable; kind of like she did an acceptable dye job herself. But now, it’s like she’s not kept it up with her rinses and the colour has washed out. It’s two-tone, at least. It’s bizarre. And the colouring’s thrown off further by the blue eyeliner. Well, anyway, she’s grinning and putting on a brave face even though her husband Russell Brand would appear to have spent the weekend mourning the death of Amy Winehouse.
