Kelly Osbourne Engaged to Matthew Mosshart

After meeting at Kate Moss’ wedding in 2011, Kelly Osbourne and boyfriend Matthew Mosshart have announced their engagement.

The pair have been dating for almost two years and admit they “just want to be together all the time.” Mosshart proposed on vacation on the Caribbean island of Anguilla. The British based Hello! magazine scored an exclusive interview with Osbourne, with her telling the magazine that she “hasn’t felt this close to someone in her entire life.”

Osbourne relocated to Los Angeles where she is a co-host on Fashion Police. Her presence in the United States and at red carpet events has increased over the past couple of years. Mosshart made the decision to relocate his life to Los Angeles from New York, specifically for his girlfriend. Mosshart told Hello! magazine that from the beginning, he knew Osbourne was the one.

The engagement ring was designed by Osbourne to resemble an earring her father, Ozzy, once wore. The ring definitely has sentimental value. When she was younger, Osbourne said she used to gawk over her father’s earring, thinking ” I would like a ring that resembled that– and now I have one!”

The Osbourne family has been in the press recently for her father’s relapse and swirling rumors of a divorce between her parents, Sharon and Ozzy. Her brother, Jack, recently got married and welcomed a daughter with his wife. Her brother has also come clean to the public about his struggle with MS. Amidst all the negative news the Osbourne family has received in the past few months, Kelly’s engagement is nothing but great news.
