Kelly Osbourne Criticises Kate Middleton For Recycling Outfits

Kelly Osbourne is currently on a catty, claw-sharpening tour, making snide comments about whomever is put in the line of fire. Earlier this week, she went on an expletive-filled rant about former rival Christina Aguilera who apparently used to mock the reality star’s weight. The fact Aguilera bought Osbourne’s old house when they clearly dislike each other seems to be a bother for her too… “She bought my house!” Asked about Aguilera, Osbourne opined that the singer should have been nicer and not mentioned their weight since they’ve changed body types since then. It all got too personal on E!’s Fashion Police. It was childish, tacky, passive-aggressive and unnecessary…
And she’s at it again. On Wednesday’s Tonight Show With Jay Leno, Osbourne criticised Duchess Catherine Middleton for wearing the same clothes more than once. Because in a world of the privileged who’ve never been without/ had to work for anything, clothing is made to be worn once and thrown away. For the rest of us plebs, it’s necessary to wear things more than one time. Of this, Osbourne does not approve.
“In England they’re like, ‘Look how thrifty she’s being, showing the British public that the Royals are in a recession as well,’” Osbourne said. “Only in this country they call it a faux pas.”
Given the 29-year-old’s new role as Duchess of Cambridge, Osbourne doesn’t think she should have to repeat outfits by her favorite labels (including Diane von Furstenberg, Zara and Issa). “I’m sorry, but if I had that job I would only wear it once,” Osbourne said. “If I am going to be the future bloody Queen of England I’m going to wear that dress once because I’m giving up the rest of my life, all of my privacy. At least I can get a new dress every day!”
Attempting to lighten the mood, Leno, 61, asked: “How about underpants? Would you throw them away?”
Osbourne replied: “Well, if I could, I would. That’s a really good idea, actually.” – via Us Weekly.
Ugh, stupid.
Michelle Obama repeats all the darn time. What could possibly be wrong with that? Perhaps she’s not into wasting perfectly good clothes, or accessories. Perhaps she’s setting an example about being frugal as the bottom falls out of the international financial markets again. Osbourne’s almost too stupid and vapid to pick apart. Even if she was joking… she’s still insufferably, annoying brat.
