Kenya Moore’s Reaction To Beyonce Calling The Super Bowl “Gone With the Wind Fabulous”
This whole season of the Real Housewives of Atlanta has been one long shill for the girls’ products.
It’s axiomatically the whole point of the show, to make money, but there hasn’t been a lot of action beyond the scenes contrived to sell product. Including the asinine standoff between the Donkey Booty and Stallion Booty videos, and the histrionic “breakdown” of cast member Kenya Moore who twirled her way out of an argument while declaring herself to be “Gone with the wind fabulous.”
This became the name of a song that she performed on Watch What Happens Live, that was less singing and more sing-talking, but it’s evidently catchy enough that Beyonce, for whom Moore says she is conflated all the time, is using the line in a statement about the Super Bowl.
Asked “How did it feel?” by Inside Edition, Beyonce said performing at the Super Bowl “was Gone With the Wind Fabulous.”
Asked for a reaction to the name-drop, Moore tells The Huffington Post: “Beyonce’s performance at the Super Bowl gave me LIFE! Not only is she the hottest woman on the planet, but she literally burned up the stage at the Super Bowl with her fierce hotness! The fact that my favorite singer would acknowledge that she too is Gone With The Wind Fabulous has been a highlight of my year.”
Moore continues: “That’s what I love about Beyonce, she has it all… she’s a mogul, mother, wife and icon, and she keeps it real all the way down to her dangerous curves. And she can laugh at my corny reference to us being twins. She’s perfect in my eyes and a real inspiration. I’m so honored!”
In related fawning over Beyonce, Blake Lively had this to say about the Super Bowl: “Oh, my gosh! I just want Beyonce to be the mother of my children. She was amazing! I can’t… I can’t even. I don’t even have words for her. She just stood there and she sang and she danced and there were no big crazy stunts. I mean, they had interesting lighting and they had interesting production, but it was really her. I just thought that was amazing.”
