Report: Khloe Kardashian & Lamar Odom Having Marital Problems

This week’s Life & Style contains a report about the marriage of Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom that requires something of a suspension of disbelief because she seems so much less contrived and narcassistic than her sisters (she happily moved from Los Angeles to Dallas, Texas declaring in interviews that home is where the heart is so it’s no big deal. Conversely, Kim Kardashian threw a hissy fit at the notion of deigning to move to a “lesser” area to be with Kris Humphries).

L&S claims that Kardashian, 27, is unhappy, as is Odom, since his downgrade to the Mavricks (and subsequent, temporary downgrade to its D-league). Sources say the couple is “not happy,” and in “crisis” although they “love each other” and want to “make things better.”

Adding, “The situation in Dallas is not good. He is not happy and Khloe isn’t either.”

Other cited reasons include trying for a baby and his family issues.

As an aside, it’s also claimed that Kardashian is jealous that her older sisters are growing closer: “Khloe is sad an jealous to see Kourtney and Kim getting so close. She misses her family and friends terribly.”
