Khloe Kardashian “Upset” Over Drama With Lamar, Has Given Up Trying To Save Their Marriage

Khloe Kardashian is reaching her breaking point when it comes to the ongoing drama with her husband Lamar Odom. Lamar is rumored to be on a downward spiral filled with drug use and a few alleged affairs. While Khloe had previously been willing to work on their marriage and get Lamar help, his reluctancy to fix his issues has left her upset and discouraged.
“She is still obviously very upset, but life it starting to move on for her and for the rest of the family,” a source tells E! News. “No more interventions, no more trying to save him.”
No matter how badly Khloe may want to save Lamar and get him help, she can’t change him. Until Lamar is ready to admit that he has a problem and wants help, there’s really no hope for the situation. Still, Khloe did her best to entice him to change when she had the chance. She even threatened to divorce him if he didn’t go to rehab, which he did, but for less than one day.
“Khloe gave Lamar an ultimatum: if he didn’t get help, she’d end the marriage,” the source explained. “So far, he’s ignoring her.”
Currently, Khloe and Lamar are in limbo. They aren’t together, but they aren’t split up either. One might say they have began a temporary separation. If Lamar decides to get his life back on track, Khloe will surely welcome him back with open arms, but if not, their marriage is over.
Despite the unfortunate circumstances, Khloe is doing what she can to get back to her life and she’s starting with an appearance this weekend in Las Vegas. “It is what it is,” the source states. “She’s trying to just live her life, even though it’s very separate from the life he’s living.”
Adds the source, “It’s not at the point where she’s ready to file divorce papers, but she’s pretty much given up trying to save the marriage.”
