Will Kim Kardashian’s Baby Be On Television & Magazine Covers? When Is The Baby Due?

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting a baby together in the summer.
Kardashian reportedly got pregnant during the recent birthday vacation to Italy intended to bully West into proposing (Ryan Seacrest spread rumours assuming a proposal was imminent rather than waiting for West to propose on his own). They didn’t come back engaged, but they did come back pregnant and sources claim the couple has been trying for months and the baby is welcome news.
West confirmed in front of 5,000 people at a concert without asking the family first and so screwing Kris Jenner out of a paid reveal.
Kardashian confirmed hours later on her blog: “It’s true!! Kanye and I are expecting a baby. We feel so blessed and lucky and wish that in addition to both of our families, his mom and my dad could be here to celebrate this special time with us. Looking forward to great new beginnings in 2013 and to starting a family. Happy New Year!!! Xo” And her family reacted on Twitter about a week after being told themselves. “The family found out the good news on Christmas,” says a source. “Kim is due in late June, early July. She’s three months along at this point.” Another source continues: ”Kim is absolutely over the moon. The family was not allowed to say anything to anyone not even to the extended family about Kim’s pregnancy… until Kanye made the official announcement on stage. Everyone is pretty shocked. Everyone thought Kim would wait until she at least got engaged, but hey it happened and the family is just so excited. Especially Kourtney, she wants Mason to have cousins his age.”
There are conflicting reports today about whether or not the couple’s baby will be whored out on reality television and on magazine covers. There are rumours that Kardashian hopes to document the whole pregnancy and possibly the birth on television and then secure a deal with the highest bidder for the first photos. Whereas West reportedly hopes to keep releasing the information for free.
A source tells Page Six: “Like Jay-Z and Beyoncé did with their little Blue Ivy [putting the pictures on Tumblr], Kanye will want to post the [first] pictures his way, probably publicly through Twitter… which will no doubt put him at odds with matriarch Kris Jenner, who’ll want to make a deal with the highest bidder.”
A source tells HollywoodLife.com Jenner and Kardashian are making plans without West: “Probably the most excited person is Kris,” the source admitted. “She let us all know that this will be the theme for a new reality show… the best Kardashian show ever. They are going to document everything about Kim’s pregnancy, but I don’t know how Kanye feels about that.”
However, sources for TMZ.com say the opposite. The site reports: “[The baby] will not be a reality TV star… not as an infant, anyway.”
The couple reportedly wants to keep their lives as parents off-camera to “ensure real privacy” for the child. Also, “Kim is saying the baby will never be on the family’s show/ have its own spin-off nor will there be a ‘Kim Gives Birth’ TV special. However… she intends to share [the pregnancy] with reality cameras because she thinks being ‘pregnant is great and cute.’”
