Kim Kardashian Covers Cosmopolitan: I Judged Kourtney For Getting Pregnant Out Of Wedlock

Kim Kardashian covers Cosmopolitan Magazine April 2013 promoting the current season of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami.

Kardashian, 32, is expecting her first child and according to Us Weekly she’s expecting a baby girl with Kanye West. She is basically self-promoting, telling DuJour Magazine that she wants “privacy” while exposing her bump in a bikini during the shoot. And she wants to be “private” while posing… like this… on the cover of L’Officiel Hommes. And because her job and actual privacy don’t mix, she’s on the cover of Cosmo in 50s bikini bottoms and a bare midriff.

Inside the issue, Kardashian admits she judged her eldest sister for having kids out of wedlock: ”I was like, ‘You’re not married! How could you do this?’ I was really firm and strict,” she tells the magazine. “But she was like, ‘Marriage isn’t what I want.’ And later, I realized she had a better family life than I did… I’ve always said that I wanted kids, but I don’t think I ever would have been ready until now.”

She also says of being friends with West for a decade: “Sometimes you’re just not ready. A person could have it all, and you’re not ready for it all,” she says. “But this is where I probably always should have been… [marriage] is something I know that we both want in our future, but I don’t have this sense of urgency about it. I have this best friend who understands me and helps me through all my tough experiences, and vice versa, you know? It just feels like this is it for me.”

She says of her second marriage: “I saw fast marriages like Khloe and Lamar’s and that was what seemed to work. [Now] I say give it a good six months before you commit. Feelings change, even if it seems so lustful. I used to think, ‘Well, can you really have it all?’ The truth, the excitement, and the passion? Now I know you can.” Adding that she’s scaling back work commitments, “2013 for me is about scaling back. I want to focus on the few projects that I’m super passionate about and not spread myself too thin.”
