Kim Kardashian Was A “Delivery Room Diva” Who “Wore Designer Heels” While Giving Birth?

Kim Kardashian also covers Star Magazine this week. Making that every major publication excluding OK! that put the birth on the cover. Since People, Us, Life & Style, and In Touch also put Kardashian on their covers.
The Star cover is, obviously, not a wholly positive one. Because although Star has a love-hate relationship with the Kardashian, it mostly errs on the side of “hate” and goes with the most negative story it thinks can sell. This cover is somewhere in the middle, though. Not openly nasty; more like passive-aggressive by making it sound like Kardashian was (and perhaps she was) more worried about her looks than her premature baby’s health.
The cover, using a screen capture from Keeping up with the Kardashians because Star isn’t even trying anymore, says “Delivery room DIVA. Gives birth in designer heels. Refuses to breastfeed ‘My body’s been ruined enough!’; Plans immediate tummy tuck. Plus: Why mom Kris hates the baby’s name and more.” On that last part, despite excited misreporting, there is no confirmed name. Only speculation from the likes of Media Takeout.
