Kim Kardashian Divorce Drags On; Is Kris Humphries “Manipulative” And “Vindictive”?

Wednesday, it was reported that a judge in the divorce of Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries would instruct the latter to expedite things and stop dragging on the case indefinitely. Except, today, subsequent reports claim that there’s no rushing things because the case will drag on through this year until at least 2013.

A source tells RadarOnline.com though, Humphries is dragging his feet to prove his fraud case, not for the money: “Kris is prepared to see this through to the end and for him that means a very public trial. Kris wants Kanye West and Kris Jenner to be deposed under oath. Kris isn’t intimidated by Kim or her lawyer, Laura Wasser. Kim’s deposition will likely take place in the next several weeks, it’s just a matter of coordinating everyone’s calendars. Kris will do whatever is legally asked of him and if he is ordered to pay Kim’s legal fees, then he will. Again, this isn’t about the money, it never has been.”

So now Kardashian is leaking her own information to TMZ.com who claim she’s “emotionally exhausted,” because her estranged husband is a “cancer” in her life. Moreover, says Kardashian through sources, “Kris is the first person I ever had to break-up with and that f**ked with my emotions… He told our producers he would destroy my career and me if the show wasn’t edited right,” when outtakes apparently show Humphries as a “manipulative, vindictive, petty, fame-hungry jerk.”
