OK! Magazine Copy & Pastes Details From Kim Kardashian’s Wedding To Kris Humphries

It has already been established that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are not engaged. Kardashian would have bragged about it on Sunday, on her birthday, while on holiday in Rome, because it would have made tabloid deadline and better covers than OK! Magazine.
That’s not stopping OK! from just making stuff up for this week’s cover, in lieu of real news. The cover says: “Inside Her Dream Ceremony. Kim’s Surprise Wedding. The $20 million nuptials; Amazing photos, outrageous gifts, celebrity guests; How their baby changes everything ‘This marriage will be different.’ Her sisters reveal all to OK!”
A few things. Again, they’re not engaged. There’s no “surprise wedding” either. The $20 million is probably referring to what she was paid to marry second husband Kris Humphries. There are no “photos,” amazing or otherwise. There’s obviously no baby either, despite a recent OK! cover claiming Kardashian would be a single mother (yet she’s supposedly getting married according to the same tabloid… what?!) That quote’s not first person. Her sisters didn’t talk to the magazine, it’s more likely OK! re-purposed quotes from the Kardashian-Humphries bridal shower to which OK! really did have exclusive access last year. The photo inset is the couple at a basketball game, who knows why it’s in black & white. And the main photo appears to be an actual photo from Kardashian’s wedding last year.
Surprise, this story is a dud! The not-yet-divorced-not-yet-engaged Kim Kardashian is not presently executing plans for a surprise wedding. Using a pic of Kim in the dress that she wore to wed Kris Humphries… with the diamond headband Photoshopped away… the mag has dreamed up a fantastical $20 million wedding, including more than $2 million on flowers, an Aston Martin wedding gift for the groom, a $100k emerald choker for the bride, and swanky pre-paid vacations for the wedding party. Also, Kimye are allegedly trying to go half on a baby together, because the couple want “a kid for Kanye to show off when he hangs out with Jay-Z and Beyonce’” and Kim is already “putting on weight really fast.” so why not? – via Jezebel.
