Kim Kardashian: I’m Not A Fraud & Divorce Is The Only Option
Minutes after TMZ.com posted about Kim Kardashian’s probable fraud, they updated with her side of the story.
As Kris Humphries’ camp tells it, he wants an annulment. TMZ claim it’s because Kardashian entered the marriage fraudulently. However, Kardashian claims that’s not the case.
Kim Kardashian is telling close friends today she never defrauded Kris Humphries into marrying her.
Sources say… Kim loved Kris and the marriage was legit, but just fell apart in short order.
As for Kris filing for an annulment on grounds Kim defrauded him, she says the two of them actually discussed annulling the marriage before she filed for divorce, but they were advised there were no legitimate grounds for an annulment. Under California law, someone can annul a marriage if there’s proof of impotency, incest, bigamy, unsound mind, force or fraud.

Ugh, this has quickly devolved into a p**sing match between their lawyers.
Kardashian says they discussed an annulment. Okay then. This is the first we’re hearing of it. Previously, TMZ reported the couple discussed reconciliation and divorce. If memory servers, earlier reports never mentioned a discussion of an annulment.
Well, at this point, it would appear there’s no other way to dissolve the marriage, in California, with the grounds available.
