Kim Kardashian Fools Media With Release of Fraudulent Baby Photos

Kim Kardashian gave birth little over a week ago at which time the tabloids were speculating over the baby’s name. Supposedly in-the-know sources reported as “fact” that the baby had a K-name with the middle name “Donda,” Kanye West’s late mother’s name. However, every one of those sources was lying to fans for money (those tipsters are usually paid whether they’re telling the truth or not). Because the name was actually one reported by the tabloid who got Jessica Simpson’s daughter’s name right, In Touch, who reported North West back in March. Kardashian had denied the name soon after, but it was a red herring and apparently after days of going without a name they really did settle on “North” as confirmed on the birth certificate.
And because the baby was barely over four pounds when born, it’s speculated she may have been too small to be photographed while still in the hospital (think Kendra Wilkinson allowing OK! Magazine into the delivery room to take the first photos while she still had on her hospital bracelet). And there are rumours that West does NOT want the baby used for publicity at all, and doesn’t want there to be any monetized release of the photos. That’s not stopping the release of photos of other people’s children and selling those to the media as “exclusive” (because some outlets literally and figuratively buy any old news even if it’s not true as we learned from the baby name debacle).
Here’s a hilarious story from TMZ.com in which Kardashian successfully worked out which of her “friends” is selling information on her by sending out bogus baby photos and waiting to see which ones end up online.
Someone has been trying to sell baby pic[s] for A LOT OF $$$$… allegedly the spawn of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. But sources connected with the couple tell TMZ IT’S A FRAUD!
So here’s what we’re being told. Kim felt people in her world were going to hawk baby photos, so she wanted to catch the culprits quickly. We’re told Kim hatched a plan and sent a half-dozen of her “friends” pictures of a baby she claimed was North West… but we’re told it was an impostor infant.
Sure enough someone came along and tried selling us this pic (above). Gotta say it looks like it could be Kim and Kanye’s baby. [And] Kim would obviously pick a pic of an impostor baby that had the qualities of her own child.
Our K & K sources have seen the pic and claim it’s not the real deal.
By the way, we also got hold of another pic of a baby Kim sent to several other friends… Bogus Baby #2. We’re told she’s waiting to see if someone tries to sell this one as well. – via TMZ.
