OK Magazine: Kim Kardashian Thinks Kanye West Would Be A “Great Father”
April 25, 2012 by Hollywoodite
OK Magazine!, who’re still putting Brange wedding drama on the cover, has this story about Kim Kardashian and Kanye West and it’s one of several Kardashian stories it’s easier to address in one post rather than spread clumsily over several.
First things first: Womb Watch ™ has started, only weeks into these two dating. It appears that cynical Kardashian-watchers were right, in their analysis of the 31-year-old’s motives for getting married aside from money; Kardashian’s “story” in her life and on her shows demanded a relationship and/ or a baby to remain marketable. Hence rumours of buying multiple pregnancy tests on her honeymoon and tabloid disappointment that she didn’t return from honeymoon pregnant.
Which is probably why, weeks in to a new relationship, we’re getting a story about how Kardashian can see West as a “great father.” Although, there’s little in the way of specifics about a pregnancy (she’s not pregnant) or him fathering HER baby specifically.
She’s falling quick for the eccentric rapper and thinks he’ll be a “great father” especially with his love of kids and of his heavy involvement with foster care, [says] the source.
The source also says Kanye, 34, is on the same boat as Kim: “He said one of his goals is to be a dad.”
As for their budding romance, Kim’s pal believes they’ll actually last, as they’ve already been friends for nearly a decade. “It looks like this could be for real.” – via HollywoodLife.
In other Kardashian news, In Touch Weekly claims Kim Kardashian’s estranged husband’s family plans to sue her for $40,000. A supposed relative of Kris Humphries tells ITW: “We’re suing Kim for reimbursement of our accommodations and gifts. It was clear Kim had an agenda from the beginning.”
Reality Weekly has a story about Khloe Kardashian’s inability to conceive. A source says pressure to conceive (this kind of pressure?) is stopping her getting pregnant. “The adrenaline and cortisol is probably hurting her chances of conceiving,” said the source. “As soon as everyone backs off and lets nature take its course, Khloé will get pregnant.” Which is a lazy re-wording of last week’s Khloe & Lamar episode, on which the 27-year-old said: “Maybe when I’m away from all of you stressing me out, a baby will come. Everyone gives me s**t about not being pregnant. Stress makes people not get pregnant.”
Note: the tabloid covers this week are underwhelming and will only be covered in brief. Beyonce covers People and Us Weekly; Teresa Giudice covers ITW and Reality Weekly; Life & Style has Brange and JustJen wedding/baby plans; Star has a fake Katie Holmes pregnancy, that’s already been debunked; OK! has copy pasta Brange wedding “fight” lies.
