Swollen Feet: Pregnant Kim Kardashian Wears Another Pair Of Uncomfortable High Heels

Only a few weeks ago, Kim Kardashian landed in the headlines because of a playful Instagram she shared of her own feet immediately after appearing at a promotional event. At the time, she had just finished the event at Sears and removed one of her Givenchy shoes. It wasn’t a pretty result… the high heel appeared to have been digging into her.
And now she’s making headlines again for the same reason.
Spotted yesterday running errands with her mother, Kardashian wore a nice-but-wrinkled white dress that–for once–comfortably accommodated her baby bump. She also wore a heel that appeared to be digging into her legs and cutting off the circulation. No, really. From certain angles, it’s literally digging into her swollen feet.
