How Will Kim Kardashian Lose Weight After Birth of North West?

The birth of Kim Kardashian’s daughter, as well as her unusual name choice, sent the world into a giant uproar these past few weeks. But since then there have been no photos, tweets, nor comments from the reality star herself. Although the family reassures fans that she is “happy, healthy and resting,” there has been nothing but silence from Kardashian.

Celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson says that after speaking to Kardashian she is “super motivated” to get her body back, but is in no rush to do so. Instead, the new mom would rather spend time with her daughter before working towards her post-baby physique. Anderson, who has trained other celebrities, notorious for having great bodies such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Lopez and Bethenny Frankel, has some major plans for Kardashian. Anderson told US Magazine, “From our talks during her pregnancy, I thought she was going to be really concerned [about her weight] once the baby was out, but she’s just not…She’s in baby heaven. She’s excited to get started, but she’s really calm about it all.”

Kardashian has undergone intense scrutiny about her weight during her pregnancy, causing her family, and even other Hollywood actresses, to respond to the negativity she has received. Many may have expected Kardashian to be hitting the gym days after giving birth, but she is taking some time off to focus on new mommyhood.

“Kim is super motivated. She’s all in,” Anderson says. “Pregnancy is actually an opportunity for women to look better than ever. And [Kim] will.”
