Kim Kardashian On Today Show: When Is She Due To Give Birth? Will She Marry Kanye West?
Kim Kardashian appeared on The Today Show this morning where she discussed her personal life because what else?
Ostensibly promoting the season premiere of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, Kim Kardashian and her eldest sister, Kourtney Kardashian, appeared together although Kim did most of the talking.
The 32-year-old expectant mother is currently three-months-pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Kanye West. West being the one who proved his resistance to the familial fame-whoring by announcing (what could have been) the multi-million dollar baby news for free to his fans. Not their fans, not for money; randomly, and for free.
Kim Kardashian talks about their relationship on Today, telling the host that the rapper does his “own thing” which suggests he certainly did not have Kris Jenner’s okay to release the baby news, nor his girlfriend’s.
She also reveals her due date to be in July (which, good for gossip, puts the due date in the same confirmed month as Kate Middleton and possibly Jessica Simpson).
She says: “I think until I really start seeing a belly, it won’t really sink in. It’s just a weird realization. I think until you start seeing the physical changes, every day is different. He just kind of does what he feels. Once you’re past the three-month part, you know, you’re pretty safe. I’m due in July.”
Asked about whether she’ll marry West, whenever she divorces Kris Humphries, she continues: ”It’s something that we talk about, but I think it’s just right now [we’re] focusing on the baby. What I’ve learned in life is… I was always such a planner. You think your life is going to be a certain way, and the best surprises just happen when you don’t plan. I’m just so content with how things are right now. We definitely want that in the future, but I’m not in a rush.”
And of her younger sister Khloe Kardashian’s fertility issues, she continues: “Khloe has been very open about her fertility issues and I think I was always really kind of quiet about mine, and I have similar issues, and so it was a pleasant surprise when so many doctors were telling me one thing and then the opposite happens. That’s an exciting moment, you can’t plan for things like that. So I think it’s just such a blessing knowing my circumstances. As much as I would like to be in a perfect world where I’m divorced you can’t plan for any of that.”
