Judge Orders Kordell Stewart To Pay Temporary Spousal Support To Porsha Stewart
It’s been a while since there was any news on the divorce of Real Housewives of Atlanta stars Porsha Stewart and Kordell Stewart.
Previously, Kordell blindsided his wife by filing behind her back and then returning home like nothing happened… only for her to learn about it on Twitter while her husband was standing several feet away in another room. It looked like it was going to get nasty because there was no prenup and, even after the separation and until recently, they lived in the same house while being estranged from each other. But then Kordell locked out Porsha (Kordell says he warned her first). Aside from that, there is a rumour on the urban blogs that this is all for show and they’re really faking it and plotting to get back together after observing how well that worked for Gregg and NeNe Leakes.
Whatever is going on, it’s at least legally-binding because a judge just ordered Kordell to pay Porsha spousal support. At least, he has to do so temporarily since, as fans of the show know, he wanted a little woman at home barefoot and pregnant and chastised her for wanting to do more.
After learning that her husband was leaving her via Twitter, a judge has handed The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Stewart a temporary win in her divorce battle against husband Kordell Stewart.
On June 10, a Fulton County Georgia judge ordered Kordell to pay Porsha temporary spousal support.
According to the court documents obtained by Hip Hop Enquirer, Porsha is to receive $5,000 per month from Kordell for the next three months.
The documents also reveal that Kordell is to have exclusive use of their house, but that he has to transfer all of Porsha’s personal items to her or to a storage unit.
Kordell has to pay all the costs of the move. – via RadarOnline.
