Kourtney Kardashian’s Reported Flame Michael Girgenti Files For Joint Custody Of Three-Year-Old Mason

A man that claims to have hooked up with Kourtney Kardashian in 2009 has just filed documents for joint custody of her three-year-old son Mason Dash Disick. In the documents, which were filed in Los Angeles on Thursday, Michael Girgenti states that his affair with Kardashian resulted in her welcoming son Mason exactly nine months later and now, he’s requesting a DNA test to prove he’s the father.
In documents obtained by TMZ, Girgenti alleges that he and the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star first met on a photo shoot in 2008 and that they immediately hit it off. From there, they carried on a relationship via text until reuniting in March of 2009 when Kardashian and her beau Scott Disick were rumored to be “on the outs.”
Girgenti says that once he and Kardashian met up in Glendale, sparks flew, leading to an encounter in which the pair had ”unprotected vaginal sex.” Girgenti confirms, “I ejaculated inside [Kardashian’s] vagina.”
Once Kardashian gave birth to son Mason nine months later, Girgenti started to speculate that the child was his. Three years later, he seems sure of it.
Girgenti is also alleging in his court documents that Mason doesn’t look at all like Kardashian and Disick’s other child, Penelope Scotland Disick.
While Girgenti does look oddly similar to Mason, Mason does seem to have a resemblance to his sister, despite what Girgenti thinks, in fact, their baby photos are nearly identical.
In response to his suit, Kardashian’s lawyers have sent Girgenti a letter, claiming his accusations are “false and defamatory.”
A hearing for this case has been set for next month.
