Kris & Bruce Jenner Split Will Become Storyline on Keeping Up With the Kardashians
Kris Jenner and Bruce Jenner confirmed their split in an exclusive to Us Weekly Magazine.
The couple has ended it, and Bruce has been living in a different house since they began the separation in June. They confirmed in a series of statements saying, in short, the marriage is over but they’re still friends and are still co-parenting. Apparently, Kris Jenner is the one who pulled the plug. Even though, as portrayed on their show, Bruce is the long suffering one.
Reportedly, Bruce was tired of the marriage and so moved out to get some personal space after being denied the tiniest of spaces for personal hobbies in his own house. Kris denied him garage space, garden space, even took away his wallet to stop him purchasing supplies for his hobbies. So he needed room to be his own man. He got it, and he’s permanently living in the other house now.
Also, claims Star Magazine, “She constantly yells at him, calls him terrible names, makes jokes about how ugly she thinks he is.”
“Kris did get a little bit nicer to Bruce, and she led him to believe that she really wanted their marriage to work,” the source adds of things improving briefly over the summer. However, the Star source claims, Kris began drinking heavily when her show got cancelled, “Kris got drunk and went off on Bruce,” the source says. “She called him a pathetic loser and said she doesn’t want to be around him anymore.”
According to TMZ, today, unlike the cloak and dagger situation with Khloe and Lamar, Kris and Bruce’s split will become a major storyline on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. They’re both currently filming, and it’s going to be explained that they’re no longer together but still have no immediate plans for a divorce.
Incidentally, since the Kardashians have dwindling ratings, this might be one of the last seasons. “This is looking really bad for the Kardashians and their show,” said a source of the 1-2 million viewers per episode and falling (compare that to Duck Dynasty’s ratings high of over 11 million). “When Kendra Wilkinson‘s show dropped below 1 million viewers they dropped it, so the Kardashian reality show is definitely in trouble.”
