Kris Humphries Annulment On Grounds Kim Kardashian Is A “Fraud”
This afternoon, Kris Humphries confirmed he would seek an annulment in the marriage of he and Kim Kardashian. Immediately, speculation began about why Kardashian was so keen to divorce and why Humphries, belatedy, insisted on an annulment.
The grounds for annulment can include things like: bigamy, forced consent, fraud, misrepresentation, mental incapacity, illness, underage marriage, and incest. Pretty much, everyone’s zeroing in on the obvious… fraud. Since it’s claimed Kardashian married for money, while, evident in the wording of his split statement, Humphries is religious and married for love and the longhaul.
Sources tell People.com: “‘[Kris] is sensitive to marriage both emotionally and religiously. [He saw it as] symbolic [rather than financially motivated]. He went into it in good faith and never expected things to turn out this way.”
TMZ.com reports that Humphries thinks Kardashian’s a “fraud” and she entered the marriage with dishonest intentions.

Sources close to Kris [say he] was not in on the fraud, meaning he did not stage the marriage for Kim’s reality show. Kris wanted this to be a genuine marriage, but Kim was never really on board.
Kim has already filed for divorce. [But, according to the papers filed] Kris wants Kim to pay his attorney’s fees.
The couple has a prenup, but according to the documents Kris claims there are “community and quasi-community assets.” Sources connected with Kim claim there’s no community property. [They’re in for a fight.] – via TMZ.
