Source: Kris Humphries Won’t Be “Bullied” By Kim Kardashian Anymore
The smearing in the divorce of Kris Humphries from Kim Kardashian has mostly come from her pimp momager and her family, although Humphries is hardly blameless. At best, he made money from his own defamation. At worst, he has been complicit in his demise. So, meh.
Humphries’ lawyers already issued a series of statements foreshadowing this kind of counter-attack. So it’s not surprising that, despite the confidentiality-clause in the prenup, some pro-Humphries stories are starting to leak. Well, this story comes from RadarOnline.com (not Kardashian mouthpieces TMZ.com), so it’s a little more openly-sympathetic and says Humphries is aware he’s been smeared and called a money-hungry opportunist for seeking a settlement to end the marriage.
“Kris is furious about reports that he is making Kim’s life hell. It’s absolutely ridiculous, and he is telling his friends that he won’t be bullied by her anymore,” a source said. “Kris has told his lawyer to no longer attempt to reach a settlement with Kim. It’s a waste of time and he is ready to take this to trial, and he will.”
The source adds: “This was the last straw for Kris because Kim is attempting to drag his family into this drama and that crosses the line. Kris just wants the truth to come out and that is what the courts are for. A judge can decide if the marriage should be annulled on grounds of fraud. What is Kim so afraid of and why is she fighting their divorce going to trial? Kris’ name has been trashed in the press by Kim’s camp for a very long time, and he has the right to fight back but he isn’t doing it the way she is, and he will have his day in court.”
In semi-related news, Michelle Cho, sister of Kardashian’s flour-bomber Christina Cho, issued a statement: “I am not my sister’s keeper, but I love her and have seen her sacrifice a lot of herself as a terrific activist. We work in different ways to help stop animal suffering. It is Christina who got me into the movement to protect animals, and I’ll always be grateful to her for opening my eyes… If Christina Cho is the person who sprinkled flour on Kim Kardashian, we know Christina as a very kind, wonderful long time volunteer. At a reception at our LA office last month she was with a group who watched this video [who watched a video of animals being skinned alive] was visibly shaken. We will support her totally.”
