Kris Humphries: Dubai Car Scene Proves Kim Kardashian Fraud

This divorce is going to get messy, despite initial claims from Kim Kardashian that she wanted to get this over with. Kris Humphries claimed the converse, making it clear he’d drag this out as long as he could because he’s opposed to being divorced for religious reasons. And now he’s supposedly padding his annulment request with cries of fraud on the part of Kardashian’s reality shows. Specifically, the proven-fake car ride that purported to have taken place in Dubai mid-October, before the divorce filing, when it was really filmed on a Los Angeles sound stage in December, nearly two months later.

Humphries leaked to TMZ.com that he wanted to put reality television’s fakery on trial during his divorce hearings because it’s not actually a bad idea to broadcast Kardashian, who’ll inevitably come over in a negative light, on a third-party over whom she cannot exert editorial control or excise a hefty cut of commercial sales. Kardashian leaked her side to RadarOnline.com and claimed she’d never let her shows be put on trial since she knows she’d further be exposed for the fake conversations, manipulation, provocation, framing, smearing and contrived ratings-winning storylines planned ahead of time by E! including her own engagement.

And now RadarOnline adds that Humphries may use the Dubai scene as an example of Kardashian’s dishonestly and attempts to defame him and manipulate the relationship.

Basically: Kardashian went to Dubai then returned and filed for divorce a week later without having that conversation with her mother, Kris Jenner… which means Kardashian left the country, even though her husband asked to go with her, only to return and file on a whim without consulting anyone.

Kris Humphries’ divorce attorney wants to question Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, and E! executives about a… conversation [Kim] had with her momager about the breakdown of her marriage while supposedly on a business trip to Dubai in October.

The attorney is interested as the conversation, which aired on Kourtney and Kim Take New York, appears to have been filmed on a sound stage in Hollywood in December, nearly two months after the actual trip.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, in photos taken of Kim and her mom on December 6, as they exited a TV studio. Kim is dressed in the exact outfit, with the same hair style and earrings, as she is seen wearing in the scene supposedly shot in mid-October in Dubai. And mom Kris was followed out of the studio by an assistant carrying the purple kaftan-style dress she is seen wearing in the back of the limo [in the same scene].

The NBA star has cited fraud in his official response to the divorce petition, and wants his lawyer to question his soon to be ex-wife, and Kris Jenner about the pictures taken on December 6, feeling this backs his case.

“Kris feels that if this is true and the whole conversation was faked, this would help prove that he got married under fraudulent circumstances. Yes, this did occur after the marriage, but this is one clear example that could help sway the judge to grant the divorce on the grounds of fraud,” an insider [said]. – via RadarOnline.
