Kris Humphries Claims GMA Ambushed Him With Kim Kardashian Questions

Kris Humphries is reportedly claiming that Good Morning America ambushed him with questions about his marriage.
Humphries was on GMA this morning, with his mother, to support her on a segment where she baked cookies on the show.
The 26-year-old was asked question, after question, after question, about estranged wife Kim Kardashian. When he refused to answer, interviewer Josh Elliot, asked Debra Humphries about the divorce hoping she would slip up with her answer.
Now TMZ.com is reporting that GMA pulled a dirty trick, briefing the mother and son on one thing then interviewing on another.
Kris Humphries is telling people he felt “ambushed” by Good Morning America this morning; claiming he was put under the impression the interview was not going to focus on his split from Kim Kardashian. However, GMA is calling BS.
The NBA player claims he knew he would be asked about the divorce during the sit-down, but he didn’t expect to be grilled.
During the interview, Kris appears very uncomfortable as he’s hit with question after question about Kim and things got downright awkward when interviewer Josh Elliot asked Kris’ mother about the relationship.
We’re told Kris is saying he only agreed to do the interview to promote his charity work and to support his mother’s cooking segment on the show and he’s “livid” about the way it turned out.
But a rep for ABC [dismisses this, saying no promises were made and] “There were no ground rules.” – via TMZ.
GMA did its job, for sure. But they were so tacky about it. Especially the part hoping to squeeze information out of his mother.
Looking over the interview again, it’s suddenly apparent why he looks like a deer in the headlights as the questions keep coming. And coming. And coming. And it’s apparent why GMA were so aggressive and relentless. They were hoping he’d spill anyway, to shut them up, like Kardashian did during Australian interviewers immediately after filing for divorce.
