The smear campaign of Kris Humphries is gaining speed as the family prepares to debut the season opener of Kourtney & Kim Take New York season two. It’s the season for which any unflattering footage of bridezilla Kim Kardashian, or bad wife Kim Kardashian, is left on the cutting room floor. Moreover, her pimp momager is an executive producer who understands that making Humphries the scapegoat is great for business. Because, MONIES.

Us Weekly would appear to be complicit in the smearing; this week’s cover being a great example. Life & Style are also clearly still pro-Kardashian. Us Weekly were invited to the defunct couple’s honeymoon to stage paparazzi pictures. And the family sold the first photos of Mason Dash Disick to L&S, as well as postpartum bikini pictures of Kourtney Kardashian. Both magazines are firmly in pimp momager’s pocket and, evidently, both would like the mutually-beneficial relationship to continue.

Us Weekly just published one of the first proper previews that’s not a teaser trailer. It’s a clip from K&KTNY showing the now-estranged couple packing for New York. Humphries is walking around shirtless and they’re both packing. He picks up his wife and says: “This outfit is so cute… God, you ate a lot of wedding cake!”

This week’s Us cover alleged bullying and namecalling ended the marriage. However, Humphries claims unflattering lines and scenes were scripted and the family is basically ambushing him.
