Kris Humphries Denies L&S Story, He’s Not Suing Kim Kardashian

Last week’s Life & Style cover story was little more than a running smear campaign against Kris Humphries. The cover claimed that Humphries was a homophobe who planned to sue estranged wife Kim Kardashian because of footage on Kourtney & Kim Take New York that fell outside his contract. The story, obviously including the spurious homophobe claim, made Humphries look like an attention-seeker who used Kardashian for fame. It made him look greedy, need and just as money-hungry as his wife. But it was fabricated.

The story came out the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, so his belated retort has been somewhat buried. But he did reply. Not to the homophobe stuff, but to the claims he’d sue Kardashian.

Kris Humphries has no plans to sue his estranged wife Kim Kardashian over upcoming episodes of Kourtney & Kim Take New York.

A report surfaced this week saying Kris was planning on filing a $10 million lawsuit against Kim because of how he expects to be portrayed on the show and because he has a larger role in it than originally planned.

As first reported by Gossip Cop, Kris has no plans to sue Kim. Sources close to Kris tell TMZ he still loves her and their relationship right now is “cordial.”

According to our sources, Kris is worried that the show will make him look worse than he really is. But he understands he has no control of it. – via TMZ.

There were reports that, shortly after filing behind his back, Kardashian visited Humphries.

She reportedly demanded that he keep quiet; she didn’t want his side of the story in the tabloids, since it would be harder to manipulate her fans with conflicting POVs. It was reportedly a contrived PR ploy, an attempt to control Humphries, not  marriage counselling as reported.

TMZ.com’s report reads as though that’s still happening. Humphries was never going to sue, since L&S are liars and pro-Kardashian. However, the TMZ story reads almost as though approved by pimp momager.
