Kris Humphries’ Lawyers Will Subpoena Amber Rose About Claims Made In Star Magazine
June 26, 2012 by Hollywoodite
In addition to Ryan Seacrest, Reggie Bush, and Kanye West, who will be deposed for the divorce trial, it’s claimed that Kris Humphries’ lawyers will issue a subpoena for Amber Rose to compel information relevant to Humphries’ fraud claims against Kim Kardashian.
Rose will reportedly be questioned about claims made in Star Magazine that Kardashian had an affair with Kanye West through 2010 during Kardashian’s relationship with Reggie Bush. Rose told the tabloid in January: “They were both cheating on me and Reggie with each other… Kim is one of the main reasons why me and Kanye are not together. She’s a homewrecker!”
And Rose will tell courts the same thing, establishing Kardashian’s inability to be monogamous and supporting Humphries’ assertion that Kardashian and West cheated through the defunct marriage. Bolstering the claim the televised marriage was sham in which Humphries was not involved.
A source tells RadarOnline.com: “They will absolutely be issuing a subpoena for Amber Rose to be deposed because she has very relevant information and could contradict Kim’s timeline about when she and Kanye West became romantically involved. Kris’ team hasn’t spoken to Amber yet, but they are hopeful that she will be a cooperative witness. If Kris’ lawyers determine she will be a hostile witness, they will still depose her because they just want to get to the truth.”
