Kris Jenner Defends Her Parenting; Kim Kardashian’s “Ugly Cry Face” Photo

Kris Jenner appeared on Good Morning America Wednesday to rebut claims made by her former nanny, Pam Behan, who was the family’s “nanny,” “cook,” “surrogate mother,” and Jenner’s unofficial personal assistant through the early 90s.

Behan says nothing particularly derogatory her book Malibu Nanny: The True Adventures of the Former Kardashian Nanny. It’s basically a listicle of anecdotes strung together with filler exposition. Moreover, there’s nothing in the book one couldn’t glean about Jenner’s personality from watching Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

But Jenner is on the defensive. Jenner tells GMA why she appears to be so permissive of her children: “I’ve spent many years of my life being pregnant. And for me to raise them and say goodbye to them when they are 18, just isn’t going to work for me. I’ve managed to have the best family dynamic that I can… My girls have all gone through that stage where they push back on their parents, but it’s all about the family dynamic. That’s why I create these relationships and cherish them. [Most of] my girls are in their 30s, 20s, I mean, they’re not going to take my discipline. I’m sure you’ve all seen the show, where I have no voice. Kendall and Kylie are still under my thumb and live in my house. There’s no option, if you don’t give your kids an option. You are living in my house with my rules.”

Included because it’s hilarious, rather than photo or video of Jenner, is Kim Kardashian screaming like she’s falling to her death while riding Magic Mountain at Six Flags Amusement Park in Valencia, California with Kanye West on one side and Kendall Jenner on the other.
