Kris Jenner Is Embarrassed By Her Sister

Kris Jenner is trying very hard to protect her family’s image and brand. She is reportedly turning her back on her own sister. According to Star Magazine (via RadarOnline), Kris is ashamed of her sister, Karen Houghton, and the men that she dates. Sources tell the magazine this is why you will never see Karen on any of Kris’ shows.
“Kris is so over the top when it comes to being image-conscious,” a source tells the magazine. “And while Karen is a totally down-to-earth sweetheart, she certainly doesn’t come close to meeting the glam standards that Kris likes to publicly project for her family. That’s also more than likely why you never see Karen on any of the family TV shows.”
The other reason Kris doesn’t want Karen around her and her family is that most of the men she dates are criminals. Sources tell the magazine that Karen’s last husband, Mark Zettel, is a drug addict and a felon. He has even been arrested 16 times for “grand theft, possession of ammunition by a prohibited person and being under the influence of controlled substance.”
“He’s on crystal meth, psychiatric drugs, bipolar meds,” Houghton claimed in legal docs, alleging that her ex’s behavior was “volatile, threatening, scary, bullies me and my child. He will take my daughter away. He will find a way to make me pay for leaving him.”
That is not even the last of her problems. After asking for protection from her ex-husband, she then went to filed another protection order against her ex-boyfriend, Steven Edward Thornton. This guy has been arrested 12 times for “aggravated burglary and theft,” in two different states.
It will be interesting to see if Karen will ever pop up in an episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians.
