Kristen Stewart Fired: Snow White & The Huntsman Spin-Off To Star Chris Hemsworth

Kristen Stewart has reportedly been fired from the Snow White & the Huntsman sequel.

It had been reported by The Hollywood Reporter that Universal intended for Rupert Sanders to return as director even after being caught cheating with his ingenue and even without being contractually obliged to return. And it was assumed that Stewart, the star, would return, because she was under contract to do the sequel.

However, today, THR follows up its report with claims that Stewart has been fired from the Snow White & The Huntsman sequel which will now become a Huntsman sequel starring Chris Hemsworth. Moreover, “Kristen Stewart will not be invited to return if the follow-up goes forward.”

Also, as of today, it’s not known whether Sanders will be officially asked to return. At the moment, screenwriter David Koepp is being “settled out of his contract” for the SWATH sequel Universal intended to make because its retooled spin-off will take another direction entirely.
