Are Studio Bosses Forcing Kristen Stewart & Robert Pattinson To Fake A Reconciliation?

Kristen Stewart took the coward’s way out and let Robert Pattinson take the heat in the media, after the cheating scandal, when she was the one fooling around with a married director. Pattinson’s Cosmopolis press tour happened right after he was revealed to be a cuckold and Stewart stayed in hiding, twirling her hair, and eating ice cream. Weeks after the story died down, she staged “coming out” photos with the same paparazzi who caught her cheating (FameFlynet Pictures) clad in Pattinson’s filthy laundry and past gifts. And she kept wearing his laundry, for example a sweat-soiled baseball hat and stained t-shirts, for every outing while her people told reporters at TIFF, according to Lainey Gossip who was there and knows firsthand, the couple were back together. Which was taken as whimsy and spin from her publicist. The leaks, including yesterday’s confirmation from Stewart’s publicist, AGAIN, that the cheater has been forgiven, were so phony and forced, though, that they’ve led fans to ask whether the reconciliation itself was fake.
The pair will reportedly be working together later this month, for taped interviews, red carpets, junkets, live interviews, photo calls, etc., which makes it less awkward for the rest of the cast. However, yesterday, RadarOnline.com said the couple weren’t so much playing nice as they were contractually (i.e. legally) obliged to join the press tour for Breaking Dawn: Part Two.
And today, it’s sister publication also owned by A.M.I., National Enquirer, has more. Mike Walker says, in short, although Pattinson was initially reticent and perhaps even resentful at being pushed by studio bosses to reconcile, he conceded to going along with a fake reconciliation. Upon their meeting, though, he fell back in love with Stewart (Note: Mike Walker’s original post is nearly incomprehensible, so it’s been edited a little, but the original’s at the link).

Here’s your answer to the burning question gossip fans keep asking: did studio big shots and Twilight execs (a) force Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart to pretend kiss-and-make-up for the final premiere of the blockbuster film series, or (b) did the estranged lovers suddenly succumb to self-induced hot pants?
THE ANSWER IS… pant, pant…(a) AND (b)!!…WHAAAAT?
As you guessed, the wicked Hollywood [bosses] insisted on a reconciliation; preferably real, but fake was just fine.
Kristen, heart-aching for the honey she’d cuckolded, wanted real… but agreed to settle for fake.
[Robert], hard-nosed as always, refused real and even balked at fake.
Then, just like in the movies, a funny thing happened. “Execs got them to meet at a [friend’s] L.A. home for a [meeting],” said [an eyewitness]. “And when they saw each other, all the old feelings welled up and Rob’s walls came tumbling down.”
