Kylie Minogue Signed To Jay-Z’s Roc Nation Label

No, it’s not 1990. Even though she’s been at it for DECADES, Kylie Minogue appears to have entered into a new phase of her career with THE ROCK! Rock Nation, Jay-Z’s record label, announced on Wednesday that it has signed Minogue.

The announcement was made on Hov’s Life and Times Website.

“Roc Nation would like to welcome Aussie singer, recording artist, songwriter, actress and designer Kylie Minogue to the family.”

Minogue, who is more famous in other countries that speak English, has sold more than 68 million records worldwide. Plus she has a butt that Justin Timberlake couldn’t keep his hands off… in 2003.

Despite all the drama she’s been through, including being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005, and dispute the fact that she’s 44-years-old, she still looks great and is now in the studio working on a new album.

It is unclear how much success she’ll have in the US, given the fact that she has had limited success in the past.

Her first hit out here, The Loc0-Motion, reached No. 3 on the US Billboard Hot 100… in 1988, but it’s still a favorite at many Club Med locations around the world.

Most recently her album Fever, released in the US in 2002, reached No. 3 on the charts.
