Lea Michele & Actor Boyfriend Theo Stockman Split, Her Rep Confirms

Lea Michele of Glee has split from her Broadway actor boyfriend, Theo Stockman.

A rep for the 25-year-old actress confirms the separation.The young couple were together for around one-and-a-half years. They were together at an April 2010 event in New York celebrating Time’s 100 Most Influential People issue and they were last seen together on vacation in Hawaii this July. Michele went unaccompanied to Sunday’s Emmy Awards.

Her rep adds, in a statement, “This is not a dramatic breakup, the relationship just ran its course. They are still friends and will always be friends.”

Pretty much, it’s not like they were going to get married after 1.5 years and still in their 20s. If nothing else, his schedule probably won’t allow for it and she’s very caught up with prolonging her career after she’s booted from Glee end of next season.

This all feels so cliche, right? Of course she’s done posing at awards and dinners with her literal-named filler/ stock character Broadway actor boyfriend. He’s only 26, and she’s 25. She’ll be dating some other stock character soon. She’ll probably trade up, actually, after taking a little time to shill the “lonely” angle in every magazine article. She told Glamour last year, “I’m a relationship girl, I would rather be in a long distance relationship with him than not have a relationship at all.”
