LeAnn Rimes: No One Understands The “Pain” & “Hardships” She Caused Herself By Cheating
LeAnn Rimes has been on Twitter a lot less since getting out of the spa she promised to stay in for 30 days under the guise of it being rehab or a treatment facility. Only to leave every few days and then leave altogether before the 30 days were up. She’s not cured; she’s still a narcissist, she’s still a perpetual victim, and she’s still lying about being cyber-bullied because it’s an easy hot button even though all anecdotal evidence suggests she was the one bullying people. She’s still using Twitter, and her paid-access personal blog, even though she says social media is the bane of her existence. And she’s still talking about the nonexistent “pain” she caused herself by sleeping with a married father-of-two.
This weekend, reports leaked that Rimes met with Katie Couric. Making it clear there would be an interview. Rimes quickly confirmed, on Twitter, of course, writing “Right before my interview tonight! @katiecouric and I had a wonderful time. She’s such a great lady!” Followed by this ludicrous martyrdom: “All that I hope and pray for in this life is that my soul and my journey blends with another’s and my pain and hardships help them. #life”
Couric also confirmed: “With @leannrimes last night for @KatieShow & #2020nashville. Thanks, LeAnn, for a great interview!”
And, today, there’s already a preview of the interview that will air in full on Friday. It’s more of the same. Same as the last pity party, that is. Since Rimes ducked hard questions and cried on cue during her interview with Robin Roberts in November 2010, too.
Rimes tells Couric: “I feel like I am starting over, even though I’ve had all these years behind me. How many people get to [start] over again in this day and age? People look at you and go, ‘Why are you struggling?’ No one can quite understand why you hurt so badly.” (note: don’t sleep with other people’s husband’s… solved)
In related news, Brandi Glanville is on a press tour during which she was asked about the relationship that killed her marriage. Her relationship with Rimes, specifically (which Rimes contrives as positive by calling paparazzi whenever she knows she and Glanville need to be at the same place at the same time). “Right now it’s not amazing,” Brandi tells OK! Magazine. “I’m just saying… and I’ll leave it at that.”
