The media is fawning at the look telling Cyrus, 19, how cutting edge is the hair that’s apparently reductive of the late 1990s-early 2000s. But now, she feels free and this is the first drastic thing she’s done to express her feelings. I’m sure her hair is going to have people talking crap about her but she doesn’t care. It’s her hair, her style and she can do whatever she wants! She loves the new look. Liam totally loves it and think ‘it’s hot.’ She’s just expressing her look, being a bit edgy and looking hot in the process.”

Another thing that’s got people talking is Cyrus’ prediliction for exposing so much skin. She seemingly contrived an upskirt photo, and she rarely wears bras underneath her muscle tees so that her breasts fall out. Often.
