Lindsay Lohan Taking Court-Ordered Classes, Slacking On Community Service Hours

September 6, 2011 by Hollywoodite

Lindsay Lohan is cherry-picking and slacking after being court-ordered to complete classes and 360 hours of community service.

It was reported in July that Lohan had completed four days of community service. During a hearing, the judge told Lohan there would be no special favours; all the hours would have to be completed, within a year, or she would return to jail. Despite that warning, Lohan has STILL barely made a dent in her hours. She is taking her court-ordered classes, though.

Lindsay Lohan has been taking her court-ordered shoplifting alternative classes. But, although Lindsay has been taking the shoplifting classes, she has yet to make a significant dent in her whopping 360 hours of court-ordered community service at the Downtown Women’s Center.

“Lindsay has completed around 45 hours of her service at the women’s shelter,” a source close to the actress tells RadarOnline.com. “Lindsay does have a full year to comply with all terms of her community service.”

Lindsay also has to do 100 hours at the Los Angeles County morgue. “Lindsay is dreading that aspect the most,” the insider says.

Lindsay must appear in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner on October 19 for a progress report.

And, despite reports that indicate it’s a done deal, Lohan’s publicist Steve Honig tells RadarOnline.com that Lindsay still hasn’t officially signed on to be part of the upcoming John Gotti biopic. “Hopefully Lindsay will be signed on very soon,” Honig says. – via RadarOnline.

Lohan was downsized or dropped from three films in pre-production: Inferno, Gotti: Three Generations, Magic Mike. Since when is having no job such a drain on time that it would excuse one from court-mandated duties? She’s done 45 of her required 360 hours. 45! Lohan’s at least going to get yelled at by the judge again, during her October hearing, right? If not worse, and she ends up back in jail. Again.
