Breaking News: Lindsay Lohan Ditches Rehab

Despite reports and word from Lindsay Lohan’s attorney, Mark Heller, the troubled actress is not at Morningside Recovery Center.

Heller stood before Judge James R. Dabney and prosecutors and said that his client had in fact checked into the rehab center and was going through their patient intake process. Well, not even ten minutes after Heller left court, a picture of Lohan in Fry’s Electronic Store surfaced online.

Lohan allegedly went to the rehab center and confessed to the staff that “she didn’t need rehab,” a source told Radaronline.com and then she walked out. She is now supposedly getting a flight to New York which will be nothing but trouble for the Mean Girls star.

“If there’s credible confirmation she’s heading back to New York, then I’m going to have to go in and ask the court to issue a warrant,” prosecutor Terry White said, according to the New York Daily News.

The 26-year-old’s father, Michael Lohan, has reportedly tried to get her to enter a rehab center in Florida because when he spoke to her last she was “crying hysterically” and felt “forced”.

“The Lukens Institute is where she wanted to go all along – a place she will get the right treatment and finally get better,” he told the New York Daily News.

If Lohan is arrested once she lands in NY, she will immediately be thrown in jail with a bond no less than $100,ooo. Patience for Lohan seem to be running low, as White adds, “We want 90 days in a program we approve of. There’s a lot of shenanigans by the defense.”
