Another Day, Another Lindsay Lohan Fight At The Standard Hotel

April 20, 2012 by Hollywoodite

Good grief, Lindsay Lohan should just stay away from The Standard Hotel. The place is like a case-magnet. She’s not safe at The Standard Hotel nor second home the Chateau Marmont.

There have been three developments in the “So.. Lindsay Lohan Really Wants To Go Back To Jail” saga.

* At the time she was accused of assaulting Marisa Dugas, two-weeks-ago, Lohan claimed to have been at home watching Homeland and nowhere near the scene of the alleged crime. Except, SURPRISE, Lohan was probably lying because there’s supposedly video of her out that night. According to RadarOnline.com, detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department are in possession of video that shows Lohan at The Standard Hotel the night of the assault. A law enforcement source says: “Investigators obtained the surveillance video from the Smoke & Mirrors nightclub at The Standard Hotel and it clearly shows that Lindsay was there on the night of the alleged assault. The investigation is still ongoing and follow-up interviews will now be conducted as necessary. Of course, investigators want to interview Lindsay about the incident, but she hasn’t been interviewed yet, nor is she under any obligation to do so.”

* Lohan was also in a different altercation at The Standard Hotel this week. This time, she was inside with her father (she phoned him after her friend/ driver swiped a car on the way there). Sitting in the club for two-hours but not drinking, according to reports, a row with a third-party resulted in a drink being thrown. However, reports conflict on whether the 25-year-old threw the drink at someone, or whether a drink was thrown over the actress.

* TMZ.com has more details on the most recent incident, occurring at the Smoke and Mirrors nightclub inside the hotel. Claiming that Lohan started the argument. Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, phoned in to TMZ Live yesterday to refute some of the claims.
