Lindsay Lohan: Jimmy Fallon Interview, Plastic Surgery Addiction?
Lindsay Lohan appeared on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon to promote this weekend’s Saturday Night Live (with only two interviews to promote it, thus far, it’ll be interesting to see what the ratings are like). The interview was less insipid and mollycoddling than the Today Show interview with Matt Lauer, where Lauer asked loaded softballs absent any serious followup questions.
Lohan spoke to Fallon about how she got the gig on SNL, admitting she literally begged executive producer Lorne Michaels over several days by email, phone and in person: “not harassing him, but I wasn’t giving up.” Although we knew that anecdote already, because Lohan leaked it verbatim to TMZ.com who parroted it as they’ve become her mouthpiece (RadarOnline.com isn’t far behind with the “leaks” of information).
Here’s Lohan’s interview with Fallon, split over two videos.
Another big story this week, WTF is with Lohan’s face?
Us Weekly had a story a few days ago literally entitled: “What Really Happened to Lindsay Lohan’s Face?” of which they opined “Lohan, 25, stepped out in New York City with extremely plumped-up cheeks and lips. Since she doesn’t appear to have gained weight, it’s likely that her fuller features are the result of facial fillers like Restylane or Juvederm.”
RadarOnline joined in, asking: “Lindsay Lohan’s New Addiction: Plastic Surgery?” of which plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn opined “Unfortunately it looks like it. She appears to have a classic, over-plumped pillow face. Her cheeks look like she’s storing nuts for the winter. I suspect that she’s undergone multiple injections of filler like Sculptra or Restylane. While these treatments can create a very youthful, natural look, when overdone they can make a person look like a Cabbage Patch Doll.”
