Lindsay Lohan Probation Revoked, She’s Cuffed In Court, $100,000 Bail Set

October 19, 2011 by Hollywoodite

Oh dear! Lindsay Lohan has violated probation and the 40-minute hearing today did not work in her favour. She slacked, she cherry-picked, she was a dumb coked-out absentee and she left court today in cuffs.

Lohan arrived at court this morning a little early, wearing white. White Fendi dress, gold Guiseppe Zanotti shoes, gold Chanel purse that’ll probably sell out now. Ugh. Well, her clothes looked good. Not occasion-appropriate, but when is she ever? X17Online.com had photos of Lohan getting her roots done yesterday. So, aside from being yellow, her hair looked okay… in comparison to her make-up. JFC, her make-up. Was she beaten about the face and neck in her SUV on the way to court? What happened to her cheeks and eyes? Was that her attempts at blush? It was one thick strip of purple on her cheek, like she walked into a door frame on her way into court. Not a good look.

Lohan spent her time in court gesturing, mumbling and generally reacting in consternation to Judge Stephanie Sautner’s every demeaning witticism. The judge was in a fighting mood today. It appears, according to TMZ.com, the judge felt Lohan got off too lightly the last time and that she’s been dragging her heels with the community service.

Despite the protests of lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley, the judge felt Lohan was NOT in substantial compliance.

* Lohan only competed her anti-shoplifting course LAST NIGHT. TMZ was adamant Lohan completed already… and last night’s hours were superfluous. That’s not correct, according to today’s hearing. She literally just completed, despite having six-months to complete 12-hours.

* Holley insisted that, based on her information and the bare-bones caveats, Lohan was in “substantial compliance” and had not violated probation.

* Saunter says Lohan causing herself to be kicked out of Downtown Women’s Center, for completing one-hour before leaving early and then missing nine appointments in favour of Paris/ Milan fashion weeks… without properly clearing her absences first, is a probation violation in itself.

* Holley claims Lohan told them she needed to work in Europe because her opportunities were limited in the USA. And Lohan was “surprised” to be terminated upon her return.

* Holley asserted that DTW would happily take Lohan back, so long as Lohan completed harder time at morgue community service to show she’s serious.

* Because the DTW/ probation dept. did not have authority to change Lohan’s primary place of service, Lohan’s time completed at the Red Cross is void!

* Lohan’s therapist LIED and wrote in their report Lohan attended all sessions in person and was in compliance. But, ‘Miss Lohan’s actions deliberately made it impossible for [her] to complete her probation,’ including therapy. Lohan never had permission to complete on the phone, while in Europe, even though it was never explicitly forbidden. It’s unclear whether Lohan even completed therapy.

* Also, there were assorted documents handed to the judge claiming Lohan was in “complete compliance”… “except for being kicked out of DTW.” Which makes no sense.

* The judge scoffed at Lohan’s obnoxious assertion DTW was “not fulfilling.” She also scoffed at Lohan’s career… “She is supposed to be an actress, from what I hear.”

So, probation was revoked and the cuffs were slapped on Lohan in front of the world’s live streaming cameras. She looked shocked; more so than she did during the hearing, every time her wide-eyed, panicked glare would try to catch the eye of her lawyer. She’s on $100,000 bail and bought a bondsman with her to court. She’s back in court November 2. In that time she has to complete 16 hours at the morgue, in two eight-hour shifts.

** UPDATE: She’s already bailed out after around 90 minutes in custody of the sherriffs.
