Lindsay Lohan Will Pass Her Next Report, Probation Almost Over

February 17, 2012 by Hollywoodite

Before Lindsay Lohan’s next progress report on Tuesday, RadarOnline.com has looked into whether the actress is in compliance and on schedule to complete before her Spring deadline; the critical deadline to hit, in order to be available for the Elizabeth Taylor biopic.

Speaking of the biopic, Lohan has been shilling really hard for the role. She did a LOVE Magazine photo shoot, for which she wore a t-shirt with Taylor’s face and she posed with the Furious Love book about Taylor; suggesting she’s read it, and she is preparing for the role.

It became apparent, when news of the casting options broke, that Lohan had not been hired. She was only under consideration. But she leaked her availability to TMZ anyway, saying she’d rush probation just to be available and able to travel unrestricted for the shoot.

Looks like she is actually on target for her probation, again.

Lindsay Lohan will be in court next Tuesday for another probation progress hearing in her misdemeanor theft case, and… the actress will receive another glowing report.

[Lohan], 25, has completed 15 days of court ordered community service at the Los Angeles County Morgue, and 5 therapy sessions, as part of her probation requirements stemming from her no contest plea in a necklace theft case.

“Lindsay is on track and doing very well in fulfilling all terms of her probation, and completing her service at the morgue, and her therapy. She is focused, and committed to putting this part of her life behind her,” a source close to the actress [says].

After next Tuesday’s progress report hearing, Lindsay will be required to complete 17 days of community service at the morgue, and 4 therapy sessions by March 29. At that point, if Lindsay is successful, she will officially be taken off formal probation, which means no more required meetings with her probation officer, and no more court appearances. Lindsay will simply be required to abide by all laws while she remains on probation for another two years.

This would be a huge accomplishment for the actress, as it would be the first time in over five years that she hasn’t been on formal probation, and wouldn’t have any probation requirements, other than obeying the law. ”Lindsay is counting down the days until she is off formal probation. She is trying to get the community service done ahead of time. She knows the sooner she gets the work done then she will be a free woman. She just wants to get back to work in front of the camera,” the insider says. – via RadarOnline.

The way the source report in paragraph three is worded, ugh. If RadarOnline is going to use Lohan’s own publicist, Steve Honig, as an “unnamed source” it should at least re-word his quotes. As IF a source would use that many superlative keywords. That’s totally from a publicist, not a random friend.

Also, Lohan has been on formal probation, and in and out of prison, for five-years. Moreover, she’s been on formal probation and racked up at least five mug shots since she was 20-years-old. GOD!
