Lindsay Lohan Arrives In New York City For SNL Rehearsal & Today Show

Lindsay Lohan just arrived in New York City to begin rehearsal for the Saturday Night Live hosting job she landed by asking the executive producer on her own behalf (most celebrities have their people do that, but as with the Gotti: Three Generations role Lohan had to beg for this herself over the phone).

Lohan has been confirmed for Saturday Night Live March 3, about which rep Steve Honig says: “Lindsay has been a longtime fan of Saturday Night Live and is incredibly excited to host the show and work with the amazing cast and writers.”

And Lohan has been doing interviews as she neglected to do for her Playboy cover (she opted to do only one interview but was a no-show after missing a flight).

According to RadarOnline.com, Lohan is confirmed for The Today Show with Matt Lauer this week about which a source says: “Lindsay has agreed to go on The Today Show for a no holds barred interview this week. She has tremendous respect for Matt Lauer, who will most likely be doing the interview. Lindsay is a little nervous about hosting SNL, but that is to be expected. She is grateful for the opportunity and won’t let [executive producer] Lorne Michaels, down.”
