Previews: Lindsay Lohan Today Show Interview & SNL Teaser
As mentioned earlier, Lindsay Lohan deigned to sit for an interview with Matt Lauer for The Today Show in what would really be a thinly-veiled advert for Saturday Night Live that offered no deeper insight into Lohan’s current state. Well, that was mostly right. It was based off the transcript, released ahead of this preview and tomorrow’s full interview.
The preview video shows what the transcript cannot, body language and facial expressions. Pauses and twitches. For example, Lohan laughs when addressing her sobriety when asked by Lauer. Probably because she’s lying: she partied with her mother following the most-recent court date, she crashed a Weinstein party early February where sources claim she was a drunk, belligerent mess who probably did coke in the bathroom with a random, and she was reportedly violent and volatile through Fall NYFW.
Asked whether she’d follow other addicts like Whitney Houston, Lohan brushed the issue aside labelling it macabre: ”I don’t want to go there. That’s kind of a morbid, scary thing to discuss.”
