More Trouble For Lindsay Lohan: Wanted By The IRS And Everybody Else

Lindsay Lohan is in the news again for legal problems and this time it’s with the IRS.
Last week, Lohan allegedly punched another woman in a nightclub and was later booked on third degree misdemeanor charges. Lohan could face time in prison or, more likely, time in court for jeopardizing her probation. This week, Lohan owes the IRS tax money from 2009 to 2011.
Lindsay Lohan’s tax problems have become so extreme the IRS has seized ALL of her bank accounts in order to repay her massive outstanding debt… Uncle Sam has filed tax liens against Lindsay for the years 2009 and 2010, claiming she owes $233,904 in unpaid federal taxes. Charlie Sheen generously paid Lindsay $100,000 to help alleviate Lindsay’s 2009 tax problem but [his] check barely scratched the surface because Lindsay also owes money for 2011.
The IRS has given Lindsay ample time to pay up but the Man’s tired of waiting… the IRS has seized ALL her bank accounts in order to settle her debt. She’s in full-on panic mode about her financial situation, and is desperately trying to make some cash to get out of the red. – via TMZ.
Lohan’s extravagant lifestyle has finally caught up with her after the IRS continually notified her for back taxes. Too bad she wasn’t aware of this before she drove new Land Rovers, rented Porshes, and shopped all over Rodeo Drive.
After filming Liz and Dick and the low budget The Canyons, Lohan has to have brought in some money to finance her debt. Where has all the money gone? She is definitely headed down the wrong path. Between the cocaine scandal with mother while in New York to her father’s makeshift intervention, Lohan is definitely surrounded by toxic family members and her other staff are unable to help her emotionally or financially.
Last week, she threw her assistant out of the car after bailing her out of jail. Here’s the video.
The assistant, Gavin Doyle, also supported her throughout the entirety of the Liz and Dick car accident and took the responsibility for the accident initially. Overall, Lohan needs to be held responsible for her actions. She has used the judicial system to her advantage and gotten away without much needed consequences due to jail overcrowding and good attorneys. Since the money is running out and the criminal offenses keep stacking up, maybe then Lohan will be forced to abandon her toxic and dangerous ways. Sadly, jail might save her life.
